Trouble accessing your Gosawa account

To reset your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your Gosawa account and click “Restore Password.” Allow a few minutes for the email with the password reset link to arrive.

Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see the email, and add no-reply@gosawa.com to your address book so it isn't filtered out.

If you're still having trouble, try signing out and then logging back in with any other email addresses you may have used, like your work email.

Note: Members who have only "Subscribed" their email to receive our daily deals will not have a registered account with Gosawa. You will only have a registered account with Gosawa if you have previously registered on our website entering your personal details and assigning a password.
